Simple and Clear Rule

At Ofoq, we believe in absolute transparency (Direct and Confident). Because we consume real resources, storage capacity, and automate subdomain reservation and infrastructure launching specifically for you, this is our policy:

1. Setup Fees (Non-refundable)

One-time setup fees for the platform (1,700 EGP) and Android apps (1,000 EGP) are totally non-refundable after the server launch and delivery, as the service is considered fully executed.

2. Monthly Subscription (MRR)

The monthly subscription (99 EGP) can be cancelled at any time without restrictions. If you cancel, the platform will continue to work until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Try Before You Pay

Instead of refund complications, we offer a 72-hour free trial and demo experience before you pay or decide to upgrade!
